To be eligible for a return or refund, your items must meet the following criteria:
- Physical products: Must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging and within period of a week of receiving it.
- Digital products: Due to the nature of digital products I'm unable to accept refund requests on that.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return or Refund
To start a return or request a refund, contact us at info@mynursenotes.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours. If your return or refund is accepted, we’ll send you a return confirmation along with detailed instructions on how to proceed within 1 working day. Physical items should be returned according to the instructions provided. Refunds will be processed upon verification that physical items have been returned in their original condition. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, shipping in cases of refund is not covered (there will be a $10 restocking fee)
We recommend contacting us via email before initiating a return or refund as stock levels may vary. We will thoroughly handle your case to ensure a satisfactory outcome.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For physical items, please take photos of the damage for your records and contact us within 24 hours.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, or reviewed your digital product refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 24 hours of our receipt or decision. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund typically it takes 5-10 days after refund has been processed to show In your account
